Brandon was very helpful in getting a challenging situation scheduled quickly. He was very knowledgeable and understanding as well! Our service provider Jacob, arrived a little early on our scheduled day and was very nice and easy to talk with! As this was a move out after a difficult situation, Jacob had plenty of stains of various (& some unknown) kinds as well as pet smells to deal with.
