If I could give this guy a million stars I would. He absolutely saved us after we ordered the wrong part he went above and beyond in a way I’ve never seen. Super knowledgeable, calm, and insanely helpful. He didn’t just find the right part, he walked my dad and me through the install, gave professional tips, and made what could’ve been a nightmare into zero stress. Definitely recommend! Phil was able to get me in quickly when a part snapped and despite that part not being readily available, was able to create what I needed on site and have me back on the road the next day! Easy to communicate with and takes the time to ensure you know what the concerns are and what needs done. Will be returning for any future needs on my bikes for sure.
