We have called and emailed multiple times (6+ in the last 5 months) to follow up on missing flashing, and issues and have received no replies. Completely ghosted. I am shocked that our builder Nowacki homes uses them. Concerns me about quality!! Not recommending this company at all. We will happily amend our review if we receive a reply.
If there is 0, I'd given zero to this company. They charged me CAD100 deposit, then ghosted me for months!
We have experienced leaking in two places, in our eavestroughing (installed 1.5 years ago). I tried reaching ProForm by email and phone, with no response. I finally visited them (April 12/24) and the office space is empty!!!
Pro Form Exteriors replaced the eavestroughs on our home after the original set was damaged in the storms this past Spring. The crew was courteous, efficient and did some excellent work. The new eavestroughs look amazing. Very happy with the quality of work and very reasonable pricing. I will certainly recommend their services.
