Called on a Saturday morning 9am to my sewer insurance directing me to Pro Drain , who then told me they could come out Monday morning . Obviously when your sewer lateral is backing up in your house and you cannot flush your toilet or use your drains this is considered unacceptable. If they cannot fill the quota they should not be allowed to cover the City of Hamilton contract . I would never recommend or use Pro Drain in the future .
Kevin from Pro Flo Drain Solutions was great. Had a backup in my basement tub and he quickly found the issue, tree roots in the main drain all the out near the road. He cleared everything fast, explained it clearly, and the price was more than reasonable. Professional, honest, and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!!
Update: my sink ended up leaking after 6 months. Had another contractor come in to fix and never had an issue ever since. I hired this company again (which is same as Mountain Plumbing) after I had a great experience with one of their plumbers, who was dispatched by my water line insurance and isn’t working for them anymore. The services this company provides is a 10/10. 20 years worth of grease blockage running through the entirety of my house was cleared with Pro Flow. I will be going with them for every plumbing need the rest of my home owning life.
