Pro Flow Drain Specialists are a 10/10! My mother uses Service Line insurance and in December she had a sewage back up and Pro Flow weren’t available. Service line sent Peel contracting from Brampton. What a complete disaster! The owner didn’t know what he was doing. He connected all the pipes wrong!!! This was back in December of 2025. The problem was finally resolved with Pro Flow in July 2026. Pro Flow are professional and extremely qualified with the work they do! 5 stars all day. Brendan was a lifesaver. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed in minutes! He was very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend for any plumbing concerns.
They came in to save me from another plumber who got his snake jammed and presented me with an almost 13,000 estimate to tear up the floor and dig up the side of my house. These brothers came in dug up my floor. Extracted the jammed snake and repaired the damage and resurfaced the floor where they dug. Cleaned up and all in one day. Good workers they got right to it and explained the whole job before and through the process. I’m super happy. No disappointment here. I would recommend
Called on a Saturday morning 9am to my sewer insurance directing me to Pro Drain , who then told me they could come out Monday morning . Obviously when your sewer lateral is backing up in your house and you cannot flush your toilet or use your drains this is considered unacceptable. If they cannot fill the quota they should not be allowed to cover the City of Hamilton contract . I would never recommend or use Pro Drain in the future .
