Called and was told it would be $80 to repair my iphone screen, I go in and the guy says if I pay $130 I can get a ‘better screen’. Well I get my phone back after they finish and the color tones are all off my phone has pink hues and it’s weirdly magnified. Call them back and ask why it looks pink and why it hurts my eyes and he says it’s normal. I came in very short notice my phone screen had broken and I’m not from the area and needed it fixed FAST. I explained to them I was short on money and he gave me some options. He mentioned my phone was also bent and said he would do his best to straighten it out without having to charge me extra. I was going to pay with card and he explained the tax would put me over the original quoted amount. He advised to withdraw some cash so I wouldn’t have to pay extra. I thank them so much he got it done within 30 minutes!
