$85 charge for an estimate of approximately 10k worth of work, simply because I plan to sell my home. I could barely understand the woman on the phone due to a poor phone connection, after she answered the phone "hello," like it was ringing her kitchen. Unimpressed from the first contact tells me that I am likely to be unimpressed with the entire process. Pass.

I needed help completing a portable basketball goal. Found Pro-fix Home Repair. "Big Mike" out the next day right on time. Competed the portable goal in about an hour at a fair price. Big Mike was so professional. He did a great job and was very nice. Highly recommend.
