Cancelled my membership due to relocating and this space was no longer in my route. I was emailed that I had an unpaid balance. I got in contact with the owner and he responded same day. He immediately resolved the issue. Awesome customer service. I have love for Pro, Good space with plenty of equipment. WHERE THE WORK IS DONE!
Owner is horrendous clearly, won’t respond to cancellation emails then sends people to collections with 0 communication. What a great guy, am I right? (I’m wrong)
Won’t give it a 1 star because the equipment selection is above average but the owner is straight garbage. Lets everything fall apart and rust with absolutely no care. I was a member for 6 months and 2 machines were broken the entire time (two of the best pieces). Trash.
Looking to join new gym. 80 bucks a month to lift weights is wild 🤣 it's not about the money when the entirety of your competition does this for less.
This is a great Gym!! Location right off the highway makes it easy to touch and go!
