I have been going to this gym for many years and each year it gets better. The owner Derreck one of the best trainers in the Chicagoland area has filled the gym with the most amazing coaches. If you are looking for a personal training gym as a student athlete, professional athlete, or adult there is a class or personal trainer for you.
