Not all information is disclosed at purchasing. Staff talks down to you. Good luck getting a manager. The chemicals they treated the mattresses with gave me a rash even with 3 mattress covers. However they argued it wasn’t due to the chemicals
Great place to do business!!!
It was a pretty good experience. The guy was very helpful and kind.
I would never buy another mattress or anything that Tanner Satterfield didn't help me on. He cares so much for his clients and their health. There aren't many people in customer service any more who know how to treat the public like Tanner. The delivery guys were very careful with my home and the furniture. They put the mattress cover back on for me and we're so friendly and thorough.
Staff was super nice when shopping for a mattress and willing to accommodate to work with our schedule in the delivery process so well. Super helpful and gave us the lowest price possible when looking for a bed! Highly recommend.
