Staff was super nice when shopping for a mattress and willing to accommodate to work with our schedule in the delivery process so well. Super helpful and gave us the lowest price possible when looking for a bed! Highly recommend.
When the BIG decision came to buying a new mattress (equate to buying a car) we shopped Pocatello. Pro Fit was the first & last that we circled back to. Tanner was our guide in explaining the technology of mobile mattresses. HE KNOWS HIS STUFF--which led to us being more educated as we shopped elsewhere. Best place to buy a mattress, they fit you to the right mattress. Very professional, and friendly. I am sleeping all night with no pressure pain.
We needed a new mattress, and having been a satisfied customer in the past (with TV’s etc.) we decided to try a mattress. We want to give a special shout out to Tanner Satterfield. He is knowledgeable and professional. But even more important to us, he is kind and understanding. He went above and beyond the call of duty in making sure we ended up with the right mattress for us!
My wife and I were in need of a new bed, we’d had our old one for twelve plus years. To say it was worn out is an understatement.
