We had an excellent experience with Pro Fit Ortho! My son was on a very tight timeline to get a knee brace before heading off to start college football, and Noel was incredibly helpful and accommodating from the very beginning. She worked hard to get him an appointment as quickly as possible and was very understanding of his demanding college football camp schedule. This is a story that needs to be told. I have been an amputee since 1971. I have always had a difficult time sizing and fitting my below the knee, left leg amputation, which was the result of an auto accident and involved skin grafting and a malformed residual BK. I had a great experience and outcome with Pro-Fit in West Berlin, from the first phone call to the wonderful foot prosthetic that Dan made for me. Lynda and Noelle were professional, friendly and helped in any way they could from the referral from the podiatrist, to scheduling, insurance and billing. Pulled off the road to take an emergency phone call in the parking lot here and some guy came up to my window knocked on it and then I said can I help you when he goes? Can I help you? I said no, I’m taking an emergency phone call. Then rolled the window back up and continued my emergency phone call.
