I had a great experience and outcome with Pro-Fit in West Berlin, from the first phone call to the wonderful foot prosthetic that Dan made for me. Lynda and Noelle were professional, friendly and helped in any way they could from the referral from the podiatrist, to scheduling, insurance and billing. Pulled off the road to take an emergency phone call in the parking lot here and some guy came up to my window knocked on it and then I said can I help you when he goes? Can I help you? I said no, I’m taking an emergency phone call. Then rolled the window back up and continued my emergency phone call. I am not am amputee so i do not require their services for myself. However a buddy of mine lost his leg about 18 months ago. And today i accompanied him on a visit to profit for a repair on his prostetic and i was amazed at the level of care and concern they demonstrated.
