Thank you Elliot for you quick response to what I thought was a problem with the lack of insulation in my roof. Never having climbed up the ladder to look through the manhole, I had no idea what was up there. Your guys arrived right on time ready to install pink batts but were kind enough to inform me that the quoted work wasn't necessary at all as the existing batts were in great condition. Thanks guys!!
Elliott and his team were friendly, efficient and professional. I contacted Pro-Fit Insulation on Monday morning to inquire about ceiling insulation. Within 2 hours, I had received an email, phone call and online quote. I accepted the quote and my insulation was completed 2 days later. My dealings with Elliott and his team have been outstanding. Amazing company in the way of quality work and service, have used many other companies over many years and these guys are the top of the industry. Terrible service and lied to by contractors multiple times. I canceled the job. Dealing with Pro-Fit during the initial stages of quoting and explaining the job was fantastic and the team made me feel confident that I had made the right choice choosing them for the job. They were friendly, responsive, and respectful of all questions I asked to get a better idea of what was going to be done. Unfortunately the sub-contractors they use don’t share that work-ethic.
