I would like to give a big thank you to Elliot & crew from Pro-fit Insulation on a great job of taking away the old Insulation & then vacuuming my hole roof and then installing the new Insulation, very happy customer & the cost was very reasonable, professionalism at its best & every one was very respectful, very much appreciated. Never insulated our roof properly. We never noticed much of an improvement, and only found out a year later from an electrician who discovered that large areas in the roof were not filled with insulation - which had rendered the entire insulation useless. Contacted the company to resolve, who blamed it on new staff, offered to fix, then stopped responding. Haven’t heard back for half a year. We employed Pro-Fit to remove and replace our ceiling insulation, but it was their communication that we found very frustrating. It took 2 online enquiries and 1 call to the office to get a response, and then took multiple emails following up when I received no further response. Overall the process just to get a quote took ~3 weeks and a lot of chasing.

Impossible to get a quote. I've left on line quote details and requests. I've called twice and they don't answer. I've left a voice message and they don't call back. They mustn't want the business! Very disappointing.
