Best gym community you’ll find in Spring!
Above and beyond. The owner is great, and if you need personal training she's one of the best I've met. I asked her for help with a weakness I had that was causing pain, she did not try to sell me classes or give me any Bs she just helped me like a good person does. And her advice perfectly targeted the zone i needed and now my back doesn't hurt 😭 🙏 Thank you! I'm not ending my membership anytime soon.
This place is how all gyms should be run. Members are super friendly and courteous. You have access to the gym 24/7. Plus there is a nice variety of equipment. Of note this place has 3 squat racks, an incline and flat bench station, a number of adjustable benches, a ton of free weights and some machines, and a few cable stations.
