Avoid hiring. Avoid doing work for. Owner couldn't understand why as a previous vendor I refused to sell to him. AVOID.
They ordered pump from us but never paid. Never do business with this company.
Pro fire is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Absolutely no communication. They do not return phone calls or emails. I have friends that have done contract work for them and they have never been paid. All they do is give everyone the runaround. Absolutely BEWARE! Whether you are a contractor or a customer I would avoid them like the plague!
Subcontracted with them on a 30 day net have not been paid. E-mails or calls never get returned fashionable time if at all. Be suprised if there still even in business if so it’s probably out of a house office. So Subcontractors BEWARE. Request COD cause he will take advantage of you like he has me I am out little over 5k. You know who you…you had the time to make it right James.
James, Tommy and Cozette at Pro-Fire are the most unreliable and unprofessional individuals I have come across in this business. No response to e-mails and phone calls, no follow up or follow through, no sense of urgency or even professionalism. Zero work ethic. DO NOT hire this company for ANY of your fire and sprinkler needs.
