Universal Auto Body & Glass is an exceptional body repair shop. The body repair they did on my car was magnificent, perfect, and my car appeared brand new. The price they charged me was totally reasonable, much less than other shops wanted. The staff were remarkably professional, courteous, helpful, and totally honest. Dinged and dented my bmw 440i pretty good on a stone wall on someone's steep iced over driveway...I called the shop and he told me he would take a look and give me a quote on the damage. Took 2 minutes and he gave me a very fair and reasonable quote. Told me to drop it off during the week on a tuesday which I did. The car came back looking like nothing ever happened and he matched the paint very well I cant even tell. If anything comes up in the future, I will definitely go to him for body work, thanks Nick.

Nick is a consummate professional. I took my car to several other autobody shops to get an idea of the cost. He was very transparent on the details of the work needed to be done as well as the pricing which was better than the other shops. His work is efficient and top notch.
