I have been banking with Profinance for about 20 years and the service has been good up until recently. The office has moved to Merrillville on the other side of US 30. The tellers have been replaced with different hires. I attempted to make a deposit that required more information than usual. The tellers would only tell me bits and pieces of the requirements.
