As a fairly new customer, my fiance and I called to get information on car loans. We both have accounts. The loan processor Carrie or terri was very rude during our interaction over the phone. We both were on the phone I called to get general information on car loans and she immediately asked do we have an account. I said yes we both do. I have been banking with Profinance for about 20 years and the service has been good up until recently. The office has moved to Merrillville on the other side of US 30. The tellers have been replaced with different hires. I attempted to make a deposit that required more information than usual. The tellers would only tell me bits and pieces of the requirements.
