Called to schedule an estimate for a fence repair, they made my appointment for the following day. When the estimator arrived he took one look at the fence and said he wouldn’t be able to work on it because it wasn’t installed by them. He further explained that they have thousands and thousands of customers and becuase of that they cannot do the repair. If they only work with existing customers this should be mentioned at time of scheduling. Complete waste of time.
The fence and gate they built for our cape house looked nice until the cheap metal screws began sending streaks of rust. I left a message for them if they were interested to n replacing the screws with stainless, no response so I took the time to do it myself.

Long time residential customer (3 vinyl fences and 2 outdoor showers), only fencing company on cape cod we have used. Fences from a decade ago still look new. Joe is incredibly professional. His team rectified small delivery error same day and Joe himself actually drove remaining portion of order to house. Emails returned quickly when questions arose. Service well above expectations. Order fullfillment was incredibly fast and delivery team was professional, polite and informative.
Pro Fence is a great company. My experience coming from enclosing my entire backyard 3 years ago under a very tight deadline (pool install). Not only did they meet the deadline, but the fence has held up great and still looks new. Just recently they came back and did another small job for me. Again, very professional and efficient. Highly recommend.
