Pro eye has the best customer service you can find when it comes to eye care! I moved across town and tried getting glasses other places, but it didn’t work out. I called pro eye and they didn’t answer so they sent me a text right after the missed call. I sent them my issue and updated prescription, Parker called me within 30 minutes and got my new lenses ordered on a 4 minute phone call. They are so efficient! Thank you!!!

I've been going to Pro Eye Vision Care for several years and had concerns about my vision. Tried twice to reach Dr. Geisert but his staff wouldn't connect me or give me a way to reach him (no business email??). I tried both Lincoln and Omaha offices, but the staff was indifferent at best. They told me they don't do eye dilations, which I need to have done. I'm going elsewhere.
Dr. Robertson is AMAZING! She makes you feel like family and has a fun personality! I have been a patient of her’s for years and also have my kids go! I 10/10 recommend her and her staff!
