I can’t say enough good things about working with Kenneth at Pro Exteriors. I started out feeling a lot of anxiety about the whole insurance process, but Ken made the experience very digestible, quick, and easy. He answered all my questions with a lot of patience and gave me great knowledge about the products going on my home. Pro Exteriors was a joy to work with. They handled EVERYTHING. They dealt well with my insurance and went above and beyond to provide excellent communication and went the extra mile when it came to replacing my roof and repairing mt fence and deck. Billing was easy and there were no surprises, other than how quick and easy everything went. I really appreciate their excellent work and customer service! Lonnie, Chandler, Tabatha, and the entire team are top notch!
Chandler, Lonnie, Rafael & Tabatha were great to work with. They took good care of me when I had to replace the roof on my home. They explained the plan and managed every step so I didn't have to :-) The crew were good workers. All in all it was a good experience. I absolutely refer them to my friends!
