Best escrow Pro Escrow excels at customer service and great rates. Not all escrow companies charge the same and Pro Escrow has probably the lowest rate in Seattle. They will go above and beyond working around your schedule as well.

Best Escrow Company I have worked with Pro Escrow for years. Let's face it, escrow is escrow as far as documentation and recording. It takes more than that when you are closing a house. Pro Escrow doesn't use that line "I don't work past 5pm" which is so frustrating when dealing with the larger escrow companies. Teresa recently closed a very difficult transaction for me and I can't tell you how patient and efficient she was in getting the job done. To add to this wonderful company, their fees are by far less than anyone else in the Seattle market.
