Pro Energy fixed an electrical outage in a part of my home. They wer very professional and courteous throughout the process and were there to fix the problem within 6 business hours. Their technician quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I will definitely use them in the future.
They told me they would be here at 1pm so I took time off work to be home. They cancelled at the very last minute and said they would try to come that evening but didn't even call that evening to let me know. I would not use this company as they are not reliable. I would hate to see the work they do if they are this unreliable.
Each person I spoke to with Pro Energy was professional, kind, and had great knowledge of what they needed to do. They finished the job quickly and provided excellent quality and service.
