Everyone at Pro Electric was great. From the owner who I intially called, the office manager and the electricians who did the work, they were all outstanding. If I have additional work or have friends in need of work I will definatley refer them.
Never Again. Pro Electric has jerked me around with a final inspection for 3+ weeks. They keep telling me "next week" but that still hasn't happened. They haven't even completed the check list from the walk through they requested so we could get the final inspection. They have no urgency in what they are doing, unless it is sending out invoices, despite already receiving 14K dollar from me so far. All these 5 star reviews have me baffled. It was for an EV charger and we went back and forth with them about our project via email. It was easier to talk over the phone. We got a new electric panel and an EV charger-ready outlet (level 2). It works great and charges our car from <10% to 100% overnight.
Fair pricing, great people. Pro Electric has been really easy to work with, and every single person I've met on their team is a true professional. They practice "leave no trace" in your home, and they left my space cleaner than any other contractor I've worked with before. Book them.
ProElectric worked on a project with me over a three year period and I received excellent service the entire time. The owner, Ben Flores, was knowledgeable, communicative, and helpful when interacting with Xcel on infrastructure improvements and navigating the building department.
