I signed up with this Fitness Trainer and paid a year’s subscription up front. I hadn’t started my workouts or nutrition plan yet and decided to go with a trainer that was a friend of mine instead. When I asked Chad at Pro Edge for a prorated refund he, at first, ignored my request for a week. After persisting, he stated that I waited too long to request a refund and was keeping my $4600.
