We are actively searching for a builder to build our duplex, I first seen Patrick on social media and was very impressed to see how he genuinely cares about others and wants to help whoever at anytime even when there’s nothing in it for him. Pro duplex was very disappointing. The work took far too long to finish, and the quality was poor. They were very unprofessional throughout the process and treated me quite badly compared to when first start. I would not recommend them.
I would not recommend this builder. The tiling work was very poor, lines not straight and finishing not good (see photos). The roof was leaking in many places after the job and they did not fix it when I asked. There are faults in every room, and the whole job took too long. On top of that, they charged more than other builders but the quality was very disappointing. Better be careful and avoid

We had a property that we wanted to build a duplex on so we reached out to Pro Duplex. Even though the property was not duplex compatible due to our land being too small we were still interested in purchasing a duplex site to develop so that we can live in one side and sell the other side.
