I requested a quote, all seemed good, director was friendly, but pricier than other builders like clover and Fowler. But then upon further research I noticed things didn’t add up. I looked up his Ryde job displayed on his social media on hbcf check and I don’t see it attached to this builder.. and also shows he’s only done 3 builds. It pays to do your research! Don’t think they’re an honest bunch
Very worst built quality. So many defective works there and does not come back to fix. Don’t take risk with this company. I would not recommend at all. To much delay and not finished. Brick work is very poor quality.
I had a really positive experience building with Pro Duplex. Right from the beginning, Patrick and his team were easy to talk to and you can tell they genuinely cared about the work they do. We are actively searching for a builder to build our duplex, I first seen Patrick on social media and was very impressed to see how he genuinely cares about others and wants to help whoever at anytime even when there’s nothing in it for him. Pro duplex was very disappointing. The work took far too long to finish, and the quality was poor. They were very unprofessional throughout the process and treated me quite badly compared to when first start. I would not recommend them.
