The guys from Pro Duct Solutions were a total pleasure to deal with. They returned communications quickly, and fit us in for an emergency hood fan install. Did a fantastic job. We will be using them again for future jobs.

Unprofessional and a waste of time. I booked this appointment over a month in advance and they never showed up. No call. No email. No explanation. And now they won't return my calls or emails. I’m self-employed and deliberately blocked off my schedule for this appointment, which cost me money. That apparently means nothing to this company. I was referred by Ottawa Insulation, and I will be informing them of this experience so they can stop sending referrals to a company that treats clients this way. Crew did not show for appointment at 2PM (scheduled until 5PM). I left a message asking if they were coming - voicemail and email were not returned today. It would be appreciated if notice could be provided that the appointment needed to be cancelled as I made plans to be at home today to have this done. Sadly rating a 1 star for customer service and no-show for appointment.
