Excellent service. They were very prompt and fixed the problem with the air conditioning very quickly. Very professional as well. Would definitely use them again.
I signed up for the "complete care package"! They did not clean the dryer's vent throughly at the first visit, and blocked it! I had to call and send emails multiple times to get in touch with them. They did come and cleaned the vent. I was lucky my dryer was not damaged ... Also, a report with photos should have been provided as a part of the complete care package. Outstanding service! Our AC kicked the bucket when it was boiling hot and humid outside and we were in a pinch. Zac (the owner) was incredibly helpful, and quickly booked us in for an inspection and then ultimately the replacement of our unit. Both Zac and his colleague Jesse were polite, punctual, and very respectful to our home (and pets!). Moreover, Zac was very transparent about the costs and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend!
I wanna expressed my sincerely thanks to Cameron and his coworker for their excellent work done at my condo house. They are very kind and professional in what they are doing. I’ll highly recommend everyone to use this company for duct cleaning.
