This was my furnace filter after paying for the complete care package. I emailed requesting the service be re-done over a month ago. No reply to date. The dryer vent looked similar to the furnace filter. It is shameful. They also do not remove the cost of AC coil replacement, despite this not being a service that can be completed during the winter.
I signed up for the "complete care package"! They did not clean the dryer's vent throughly at the first visit, and blocked it! I had to call and send emails multiple times to get in touch with them. They did come and cleaned the vent. I was lucky my dryer was not damaged ... Also, a report with photos should have been provided as a part of the complete care package.
