Joe is an awesome guy - he came to visit me after I called him for water issues with our basement. He offered his services, identified the issue, and did not charge me anything at all for something that was causing water in our basement for years. Pro Dry had waterproofed my basement with the previous owners before I purchased the home. We had ZERO issues with the basement until about 2 years ago when we had some serious rainfall. This company is top notch! For years we’ve had issues in our basement with ground water seeping in through windows and walls and a dated sump pump system with no back up. Joe’s team installed french drains with multiple sump pumps and we no longer have any issues. The basement has been bone dry ever since going on 2 years. Highly recommended!
