This company is top notch! For years we’ve had issues in our basement with ground water seeping in through windows and walls and a dated sump pump system with no back up. Joe’s team installed french drains with multiple sump pumps and we no longer have any issues. The basement has been bone dry ever since going on 2 years. Highly recommended!
Pro Dry Waterproofing did an AMAZING job with our crawl space. We newly purchased a home that had a crawl space left in horrible condition. Their team came in and got the job done with the quickest turn-around ever. The job was done at the highest quality and exceeded expectations. The job site was left in immaculate conditions, so clean - Highly recommend!
Joe and Zak were professional, knowledgeable, and prompt when assessing our problem. The conversation was genuine, and that really matters. Joe and Zak weren’t BS-ing us at all, and honestly, my husband and I appreciated that a lot! The work team was very efficient and made sure to keep the spaces clean. Overall, I would highly recommend Pro Dry to anyone who is in the unfortunate position of having a water issue. These guys are real, and the workers are good at what they do!
With big storms, or when there was sustained rain for a few days continuously, my basement used to get water. Joe came promptly when we agreed to meet. Joe, the owner, was the most knowledgeable of all of the companies we talked to. His reviews speak for themselves - he was reasonable, did quick and very clean work, and an excellent communicator. He truly cares about his clients, that is quite evident. Joe is also the kind of person who picks the phone up/will get right back to you as well which is huge! Highly recommend!
