I brought my 2007 Toyota Avalon in for an alignment check and electrical issues. I had a few vague diagnoses from different shops, but no one told me exactly what the issues were. They damaged my oil pan and wanted to argue on if they were responsible for the repairs. They did over $530.00 In damage and still charged me $46.00 They were supposed to do an oil change. The mechanic that was working on it used a 12 point wrench instead of a six sided socket. He stripped out the oil plug. Then rather than get the plug out with proper tools for a stripped plug he tried a crecent wrench which rounded it off more.
