We had a sudden problem with the majority of our drains - I enquired at around 10pm on a Thursday night and Kelly, the Director got back to me with the quotes and details and once I said yes she had someone come out at 9am the next morning to scope out the problem. She sent out someone called Mikey who was more than great. He was polite, clean and explained everything to us in a way we could understand. We needed the culvert in front of 4 properties to be jet washed through so called pro drainage they were out to visit the site the next day offered a day to get the job done and turned up promptly, super friendly company, they know what they are talking about and knew instantly what was needed to be done, i cannot fault Mark and the pro drainage team if you want a job doing I highly recommend them
Managed to block my drain while trying clear it when the rubber scraper got stuck and pulled off the end of the rods (don't buy cheap drain rods). Jordan was brilliant, explained all the costs clearly and was very re-assuring as well as managing to get the scraper out! As I had paid for the camera he also examined the other drain lines and pointed out where there may issues in the future. All in all a great service. Thanks Jordan!
