Steve was great, very personable and helpfull. Called on Tuesday and he solved the problem Wednesday.
We had back up of water from the washing machine into a sink in the laundry room and also into the sink in the kitchen. Steve / Pro Drain Medic was great in his diagnostics of possible problem. They then augered a 60 ft run of drains / pipes with specialized tools and then confirmed positive drainage through testing. No more evidence of water back up.
