This weekend our garage door cable came loose from the pulley which trapped our vehicles in the garage. I didn't want to risk getting hurt by trying to fix the door myself so I called 3 different garage door companies. Pro--door was the only company to call back. Ken already had a busy schedule but after explaining that our vehicles were trapped he was willing to make calls to other customers to fit us in.
