Mark provided me exceptional service. He took time to explain to me what products I needed with compassion and honesty. I had previously gone to guitar center where the sales people pressured me to spend more money. Mark was real and took my budget seriously and helped me make a decision about the products I wanted. I recommend Pro DJ Direct to anyone who wants to get clear honest information about the products they are interested relating to DJ equipment.
Hours say he's open at 11:00 Saturday. 11:00 comes and goes, then he randomly opens at 11:25, or at least the gate opened. Then I can't buy anything because I don't have a mask, despite being fully vaccinated and being 50 ft away. I guess that's your right. I'm not the only one with a story like this. I'm not sure what's going in with him, but I tried to support and it'll be the last time
