Bill is paid in full & trash hasn't been picked up in a month. Horrible service!
Cannot come and pick up garbage on the basis of weather. I think it's because noone on street tipped drivers over Xmas and they can't use the automatic arm. Persons must get out and retrieve garbage. Everyone else can come and do their job on our street, what's this week's excuse.
These people could careless about taking care of the customer! All this place does is keep raising their prices for a bad service. They've missed my place on pick up days many times (I always have my trash out the evening before pick up days) and when I call its pretty much a joke to the office staff and they don't even make an attempt to make things right. I'm glad I made the switch to a residential trash company that actually values my business and doesn't screw things up in a constant manner or actually at all!
Missed my garbage Wed. 1/8 of this week in Conemaugh. Don't put much out because I live alone and eat out. I called Wed. afternoon and Fri. to report this. Both times they said it would be picked up. It's still there! This happened 3 weeks ago also. It's always out way ahead of time. They need a new set of eyes!
Terrible service, changing hours so you never know when they're coming. Switching to this service was a bad call for our town. Giving 2 stars because they will technically take your trash away sometimes.
