I’ve been with them for years (17) and since they’ve moved their office, they’ve adopted some crappy practices. They used to send actual bills, now it’s a postcard. Whatever, maybe they are poor now since they had to buy those fancy trucks? Then they tried to email bills; they never asked for my email address, I just got an email one day.
