I was on vacation, so I only had one or two bags of trash to take out on garbage day, 11/20/24. I decided that this would be a good time to get rid of a bag of packing Styrofoam that I had in my garage, but never had space in my trash bin to throw out. This never would have been an issue until they required us to get their yellow trash containers that are compatible with the lifting apparatus on their trucks. I don't know how this company is in business...you pay and they don't pick up, and make excuses on why. I'm sick of it. Of course if you know someone who works there you have no issues. WORST COMPANY EVER.
Extremely rude people. Loud in the mornings. Very disrespectful hooligans.
Last week something got in my garbage and there was a bit of a mess around the garbage bags. The Pro Disposal men cleaned it all up. Wonderful service!
