I had a helpful and speedy experience with Pro Detailing and Undercoating. I sent a message on a Sunday asking for a breakdown of the services for undercoating for my new car and which one people tend to choose the most. I didn't expect a reply until the week, but I was pleasantly surprised to get a detailed response in 15 minutes! Didn't have an issue setting up the appointment, and on the day of the undercoating I waited with the vehicle and they had it done in around 45 minutes, compared to the 1/1hr 15 quoted. They have always done a wonderful job on my car. I have dogs so there is hair in the car when they get it but there isn’t any hair when I get it back. They pick my car up and bring it back when they’re finished. The light on my front porch didn’t work. The owner bought a light and installed it. I didn’t ask him to do it and he didn’t charge me anything for the light or installation. I’m 84, what he did was a very kind thing to do. They’re # 1 in my book !!
