Let me just tell you that Dr Lobono and his staff at ProDental are a God send. I’ve done a-lot of damage to my teeth over many years and have had a-lot of repairs, crowns, bone graft’, implants, in and out of the military. Thankfully VA granted the treatment plan for ProDental to complete a full mouth restoration, and it’s about time. This is an absolutely amazing dental office. Dr Roe, Mercedes, Haley, and Ashley have taken the best care of my Mom and made sure she is taken care of. Always a friendly smile and hello from all of them when we come in. Very professional and know what they are doing. I even became a patient and had a guard made by Mercedes for my issues and it is perfect;!!! They all go above and beyond for their patients.
I had a true dental emergency and Dr. Jason Roe and his team went above and beyond to take care of me the very same day. From the moment I reached out, the experience was exceptional. Ashley was incredible — she got me scheduled immediately and took the time to give me a detailed explanation of my coverage and benefits. The worst dentist I've ever been to! Im a veteran that was referred by the lead dental supposed expert dentist at the Dallas VA Dr Perez, which happens to be partners with Dr Roe of pro dental of Dallas, i.e. (conflict of interest) and after Pro Dental has billed the VA for over 54k, I have four broken teeth, three teeth that have fallen out, and two others that are loose and that I have to consistently put super glued on.
