I have been looking at upgrading from a hybrid to a road bike. I have visited a few shops in Baldwin County and my experiences were less than desirable, based off the lack of willingness to truly explain differences and options. Joseph and Katie are AWESOME! I’m a beginner and they were patient with my questions and helping pick out my bike. They also took time to explain the gears and how/when to use them while riding. AMAZING customer service!!

neat store. visiting from Wisconsin and looked up this shop to see if they had group rides.... and they do!!! thank you Pro Cycle and a BIG thank you too Joe and Dick who took me on my first road bike group. it was a challenge and fun and they taught me the rules of the road. what a wonderful group of people
