My experience was not good. I paid a deposit for worked to be done and was given a 3 week deadline. One worker died, then another. My car was there over 3 months and any and all communication was initiated by me. I brought parts certified to fit by their manufacturer but was told that the fit and finish issues were because I purchased substandard parts. Took my new (new to me) Journey to Rick for Transmission and Motor Mounts, and to replace 4 Struts. Rick and the guys took great care of my baby and she rides great now! Prices are fair . I will definitely be back!
