We hired Pro-Custom Drywall LLC for a somewhat complicated soundproofing and drywall project in our Condo. He and his team were amazing. Erick is great and is one of the best contractors I have worked with. He makes sure you are always updated on progress by providing pictures, videos, texts and calls. They were always on time and promptly communicated any issues with the project. The contractor clearly lacked experience. The drywall wasn’t aligned properly, corners were poorly done, and the texture was inconsistent throughout the house. I expected professional results and got amateur work instead.

They gave a reasonable quote in the beginning, but when it came time to pay, the price had jumped significantly with no proper explanation. Felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. Not trustworthy at all.

They quoted us for quality drywall and materials, but it turns out they used the cheapest products available. Within a month, cracks started appearing, and some panels are already sagging. Completely dishonest.

They walked through the house with muddy boots, scratched our hallway walls, and didn’t even cover furniture to protect from dust. Absolutely no regard for cleanliness or customer property.
