They did a driveway pavement work in October 2022. The work needs to be fixed and I showed the photos of the problems to the owner. He told me he would come to fix the problem on 3/18-3/20. No one showed up and I have not been able to get hold of him since then. Every time when I called his office number, I was just told no one was available to take the call and I needed to wait, but no one called me. He never answered when I called his cell phone. The paperwork shows they offered a 5-year warranty!

Literally the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. I used them in August 2022 and not even 6 months later, I'm having issues with the pavement crumbling. When installing they claim that they provide warranty and satisfaction guaranteed and so I try to get help. It is impossible to get in contact with that. The owner will screen your calls. Very pushy salespeople with poor manners. Poor recommendations from neighbors. Signed a contract and when asked about cancellation, was told, “there’s no cancellation, you’re mine now.” Called this am promptly to cancel the job. Surely will not be using this contractor for our driveway repaving. Be careful- they might rebrand, change name of company and come back around again next year. The lead sales person had a thick Irish accent.

The team at Pro Craft was upfront and honest. They gave me a bid when they were driving through my neighborhood. The bid to completely rip out my old driveway and do it right, with top quality asphalt, was very reasonable. If they tell you it will be a couple of weeks, give them a couple of weeks, they'll get to you when your time comes. I would absolutely recommend them.
