This place is awesome!!! No hassles, quick and the work is amazing! Every other place I went, I felt that I was being fleeced. Michelle knows how to navigate the incredibly complex world of insurance companies to get the best value and options to get you back on the road. Too bad there isn't more stars available to rate them with!!!
I recently had my car repaired at Pro Craft after someone had hit it. Michelle was fantastic with getting an exact estimate so there wouldn't be any back and forth with the responsible party during repairs. My car is a lease so the repairs have to be spot on and it looks wonderful. The repair process took the exact amount of time she quoted. If I ever have to have a car repaired again Procraft will be my first and only choice.
