Had very disappointing experience interviewing with the owner for a sales position and he tried to ask questions as to qualify a person for the position through personal matters. DON'T USE THEM -- THE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE – I'm in total agreement with mgersten, who left the latest review. Each time I think "they'll do better this time" they always let me done. Their quality is poor and their employees are rude. The customer SHOULD always be right. If you complain, they say YOU"RE being rude. The proof they sent was horrible and I was ashamed of showing it. Try to Avoid Pro-Copy – I placed my order online on Monday, and called that same day to confirm that my book would be mailed to me. Five days later I called to check in on my order to find that it had not been made, and that there wasn't an employee in the store that could use the computer to track my "online" order. The rule in business is that the customer is always right. No matter how snippy a customer is being, a good employee is to never return the crude behavior. Pro Copy Inc is FANTASTIC! I am a graphic designer and have used Pro Copy exclusively for all of my digital printing for at least the last seven years. They routinely come through on my tightest deadlines (in my business those run rampant!) and their prices are consistently competitive with the big chain located only a few miles down the street. Bad Experience.. I went in here earlier today and I wasn't satisfied with the customer service at all. The woman who went back to get my course materials was short and curt and offered me little help when I mistakingly gave her the wrong course number. Then when I finally got my stuff, I got in line to pay for it and the cashier was chatting with her friend the whole time, not paying any attention. Pro Copy I went to this place when I was some very important paperwork and had to make a ton of copies. I didn?t like that they didn?t really have work area as they do in other more popular places but they made a space for me on one table where they had boxes of paper and I was able to work there for about 3 hours. Pro Copy Pro Copy is an absolutely fantastic family owned copy shop that is open late. The staff is always friendly and helpful and definately know what they are doing. The prices are competative and the location is great for anyone at USF. Most of my friends and people I know go to Pro Copy instead of the bigger chains and everyone is always pleased with it.
