Our furnace wasn't working just before Thanksgiving 2025. We called Pro Cool Air Conditioning & Heating. Todd worked to get it going but it needed to be replaced. It's old! He found a custom size furnace we needed and installed it Friday just before the cold weather set in. Kristi is super nice and well organized in the office. This company is honest and gave us an estimate that was half the price of another company.
Pro cool was very responsive on a Saturday to help with our heat pump since it was not working. They were very supportive with providing contact name for electricians since our problem was with the electrical panel. Very professional.
Todd and his team are very dependable and thorough getting things working again for me when my HVAC unit has quit working or we needed a new unit installed. Our family have been repeat customers for many years.

Todd and Justin did a great job on my parent's heating and cooling system install. The whole team was prompt, efficient, and courteous, though the whole process. They didn't try to oversell my parents like a couple of other companies did. I would highly recommend ProCool to anyone!
