After multiple days of over 100° heat index, my air conditioner stopped working. I reached out to Pro-Cool and they responded very quickly. Todd had my air back to normal within a 1/2 hour of checking out the unit (it needed a new capacitor). He then took the time to go over several best practices to keep my air running properly. I truly appreciate the fast response, professional knowledge, and the fair price.
