Had this business in my home one time and it is the last time I will ever use this business. The business owner that I presume I was not introduced properly name was paul. During the visit that I was referred from a friend this person he seemed to be unkept ungroomed and there was white substance around his nose. I did not want to judge thinking that maybe he had a cold. But during the service I watched him lean over into the middle of his truck and sniff something. From my upstairs window I saw this. Review by: B. D. Work Description: replaced central AC unit after fully determining our old one was not worth fixing . Comments: We got lucky when we found this page. [ It turned out to be better then 'Angies list.] From the start Paul at Pro-control was a pleasure to work with. Unlike the 'bigger' advertisers in this area., He was totally knowledgeable and offered many options.for our situation.
