These guys are the best! They helped me navigate the mass save tenanted process and worked within my budget to help get me the best mini split system for my home. Ryan and his team at Pro Comfort Control were excellent to work with on our mini-split installation. The team was so helpful in explaining the current state of supply chain issues this past spring, which was causing delays in condenser units becoming available. As soon as the units were available, Ryan and Mike worked to get everything installed as quickly as possible. We had an excellent experience with this company! Ryan outlined for us in detail different options for replacing our old system. Once we decided how we wanted to go forward, the work was scheduled quickly. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up afterwards. They were polite and patient in explaining how to operate and take care of our new system. Their phone customer service is also friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
We had an amazing experience with Pro Comfort. Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable when discussing our cooling options. Pat and his team came and installed 6 mini splits and 2 heat pumps at our house, and they did an amazing job! Highly recommend!
