NO STARS! I received a letter of collection on 11-08-2021 from Pro Com Services on behalf of an apartment management company who I previously rented an apartment that ended back in 09-2018 (also note, I have had problems with this management company, ***************, before too). This letter requested payment of a random month's rent. Do they not do their due diligence prior to bothering the average person. I tried using this service but takes forever for them to do their job and harass my clients to make them not want to pay me. Wish they would do their jobs better.
