15/10 would recommend Pro closet to anyone wanting to have custom cabinets installed. Natalie helped design my mudroom, pantry and bedroom Closet. The pantry/nest is my dream build and turned out better than I imagined. Gene went above and beyond the basic installation and Jared the owner was so easy to work with. I have recommended Pro Closet to neighbors, friends and family.
I love my new closet! Jared explained the process thoroughly, Natalie had great design ideas and encouraged my input, and Dennis, the installer, was professional and skilled! I’m already on Natalie’s schedule for our next closet project!
UPDATE: Pro Closet replaced the hinges with full extension versions which corrected the issue. Gene aligned the doors and one drawer perfectly. No thrashing over anything. Raised my rating to the 5 Star level as it is appropriate. Almost perfect. We worked with Natalie for quite a while to get what we needed and wanted. Almost perfect. We worked with Natalie for quite a while to get what we needed and wanted. She was easy to work with but there were communication issues. We were able to work all but one detail which she is working on now. Will post an update when the issue (minor) is resolved. Meanwhile, we love the organization and voluminous storage space along with our cedar closet. The installers were courteous, clean and careful. I would have no problem recommending Pro Closet.
