This business ruined 1 of my husband's business suits with ink during the dry cleaning process. The owner nor manager would respond to Better Business Bureau inquiry and misled Small Claims Court in denying manager worked at drop-off station on Northwest Blvd. What a huge loss for us. This business did not reimburse us for the ruined suit.
