Best dry cleaners ever. Have been going there for 16 years. Great alterations and zipper repairs too.
They did a good job hemming my bridesmaids dress but the price was more than double what I would have paid at my usual cleaners. They were nice but the price was very steep in my opinion and they make you prepay which I didn’t appreciate. But I had to go out of town last minute and wanted to drop off a dress before I had to leave. The seamstress wasn’t in at the cleaners I usually go to so I decided to try a new place. It was my first and last time using this dry cleaner.
Dissatisfied disappointed, location quoted me a price of $27 to dry clean one cotton dress!?! Why! And expected payment up front. As I was leaving, the attendant says "dress very hard to press"...?! Its a cotton dress not a African print formal gown! It felt very discriminating and I'll tell all of my friends about your practices. The cleaners a mile away charged me half the price and said to pay on pickup. Now that's customer service and fair practice!
High-priced. $34.50 to clean a suit. Were supposed to cut open the pockets and they forgot the vest.
