Extremely happy with the job ProClean did on our oak floors - we had Ozzy & team refinish 2 whole stories and a staircase, they sanded off a decades-old, worn, dark walnut stain and brought back with a gleaming natural oak finish. We contacted Ozzy at Pro Clean based on reviews. He responded immediately, reviewed the work to be done and provided an estimate on the spot. The price was very competitive. We agreed to proceed and set up a date to start. The work included sanding and refinishing full living room and dining room, stairway and second floor halls. We were in the process of scheduling a whole house floor refinishing job. Ozzy provided us with a very competitive quote and made quality recommendations regarding the process. He also managed to schedule the job to begin over the weekend to accommodate our schedule. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, we had to cancel the job. I hired Proclean to install hardwood flooring in my family room to replace wall to wall carpeting- and I am so glad that I did. Ozzy and his work crew are truly great. I watched how hardworking and detail conscious his installers were. Everything that Ozzy promised about how the floor would come out was true.
