I came here like 2 weeks ago, my first time and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. Their machine or car washed system messed up my car paint. The guy calls me over, points at the damage, and insists it was already there. Like, seriously? I know my car, and it wasn't looking like a hot mess when I drove here. My experience was not good. I’m not a regular user of cleaning services and I was confused about what to do. The person was supposed to guide me showed a cold actitud from the beginning. I accepted that I didn’t read the instructions because I was putting attention to continue into the rail. However, the guy started yelling and insulting me because I was not in neutral. Don't Go! This place is a DISASTER! Their machines needs updating from deteriorating materials because I spent 20 dollars for a wash and had to HAND clean off all the pieces of rubber hard spots their machines left all over the car! “The proof is in the pudding” !!
