Now I see why I get free wash coupons from them all of the time. Would have to pay me to go back through there. The guy spraying at the start didn’t even spray a single part of the passenger side of my vehicle and the second half of the wash was literally just my truck rolling through the bay with nothing happening. No water spraying, no brushes touching it.
Great indoor bay with free vacuum, towels, cleaner, air pressure blow gun. But the outside drying after car wash needs improvement
Since I have been using this location as my car wash go-to for the past two years I had grown used to all of the amazing perks about it until my husband recently went with me through the car wash for the first time. He kept commenting on how well above average the entire experience was from the lengthy wash (with the different color disco lights, which my kids love) to all the amenities available in the indoor vacuuming space. Pro Clean Car Wash itself was fine, but I was disappointed by the promotion they advertised with Tom’s Coffee Truck. The advertisement stated the truck would be there from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. I arrived around 1:00 PM specifically because of that promotion, only to find that the truck had already left. The staff were polite and explained that the truck decided to leave early because it was a slow day. However, customers should be able to trust advertised event times. This new car wash sent me a free wash for my birthday of which I just used and I recommend it to anyone. They did a magnificent job on it 👏 🙌 👍. I will be returning when it comes time to wash again as it's hard to find a good car wash that takes pride in what they do. Thanks for a great job 👍❤️
