Very disrespectful staff and unorganized. Tell me my account isn’t active but i had literally got off the phone with the manager to verify my account was still active before I arrived.
Rude/awkward customer service. While trying to ask simple question about a joint membership (which was rudely answered), there were four-five employees staring at me. ?
